At Ark Wildlife, we want you to feel as bold as the nature that inspires our fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
